CHEM-GARD® CG Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
(7)
Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps for all-purpose handling of corrosive,
abrasive and ultrapure liquids
- Flows to 900 gpm (204 m3/h)
- Heads to 185 ft (56 m)
- Temps to 275°F (135°C)
- Construction: PP, PVC, PVDF, ECTFE
Vanton CHEM-GARD® thermoplastic heavy-duty pumps are designed and constructed to maximize the unique properties of solid, homogeneous, chemically inert thermoplastics. Engineered to efficiently and safely handle corrosive, abrasive, and other aggressive fluids, Vanton pumps are also ideally suited to handle deionized and ultrapure water, pharmaceuticals, reagent grade chemicals and any fluid that must remain free from metallic contamination. Mechanical seals are reverse mounted to assure no metal-to-fluid contact.

ANSI CHEM-GARD® CGA Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
(8)
Thermoplastic Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps meet ANSI B73.1 standards
- Flows to 1150 gpm (261 m3/h)
- Heads to 185 ft (56 m)
- Temps to 275°F (135°C)
- Construction: PP, PVDF
CHEM-GARD® CGA thermoplastic pumps with end suction, centerline discharge and back pullout construction, combine the award winning wide-open power frame of Vanton's CHEM-GARD® line of thermoplastic pumps with the standard dimensional characteristics embodied in ANSI specification B73.1. They are fully interchangeable with all other pumps manufactured to this specification without disturbing piping, base plate, foundation, driver or coupling. At the same time, they incorporate thermoplastic construction that will eliminate chemical attack and minimize abrasive wear.

Mag-Drive CHEM-GARD® CGM Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
(6)
Magnetically Driven, Sealless, Centrifugal Thermoplastic Pumps
meet ANSI B73.1 standards
- Flows to 400 gpm (91 m3/h)
- Heads to 180 ft (55 m)
- Temps to 225°F (107°C)
- Construction: PP, PVDF
Vanton CHEM-GARD® CGM magnetically driven end suction process pumps are sealless, single stage, volute type centrifugals that conform to Hydraulic Institute Standards. All fluid contact parts are molded of solid polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which are chemically inert and abrasion resistant. As a result CGM pumps eliminate corrosion associated with metal pumps, wicking and contamination associated with fiberglass pumps, and porosity/delamination associated with plastic lined metal pumps.

Close-Coupled Mag-Drive CHEM-GARD® CGMC Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
(4)
Thermoplastic Close-Coupled, Magnetically Driven, Sealless Centrifugal Pumps
Corrosion-free and contamination-free handling of acids, caustics and ultra-pure liquids with zero emissions in a compact size
- Flows to 400 gpm (91 m3/h)
- Heads to 180 ft (55 m)
- Temps to 225°F (107°C)
- Construction: PP, PVDF
Vanton Chem-Gard® CGMC magnetically driven end suction process pumps are sealless, single stage, close-coupled centrifugal pumps. All fluid contact parts are injection molded of solid, stand-alone polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). CGMC pumps eliminate corrosion associated with metal pumps, wicking and contamination associated with fiberglass pumps, and porosity/delamination associated with lined metal pumps.

Close-Coupled CHEM-GARD® CGC Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
(6)
Thermoplastic Close-Coupled Centrifugal Pumps
transfer caustic/acidic chemicals and ultrapure fluids in restricted spaces
- Flows to 640 gpm (145 m3/h)
- Heads to 170 ft (52 m)
- Temps to 275°F (135°C)
- Construction: PP, PVC, PVDF
Vanton CHEM-GARD® CGC close-coupled, end suction thermoplastic centrifugal pumps are ideal for the dependable transfer of acidic, caustic and ultrapure chemicals when space is critical, and corrosion and contamination cannot be tolerated.

Self-Priming PRIME-GARD® (PG) Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Thermoplastic PRIME-GARD® Self-Priming Pumps
- Flows to 160 gpm (36 m3/h)
- Heads to 180 ft (55 m)
- Temps to 275°F (135°C)
- Construction: PP, PVDF
Vanton heavy-duty self-priming thermoplastic pumps are ideal for use on mobile acid buggies, for sump and tank evacuation and emergency overload pumping. They are often specified for in-line service where low headroom precludes the use of vertical pumps, and in other applications where rapid self-priming from depths to 15 ft (4.6 m) is required.
