Vanton vertical thermoplastic sump pumps are engineered for dependable handling of corrosive, abrasive, hazardous and toxic process fluids and plant effluents over broad temperature and pH ranges. The cantilevered, large diameter shaft design of the SGK pump eliminates the need for immersed bearings, providing indefinite dry-run capability and dependable operation. As a result, Vanton SGK cantilevered sump pumps are specified for applications in which brief or long-term stoppage of fluid flow may occur, as well as for applications in which regulations prohibit draining tanks from the bottom.

In addition to handling acidic and alkaline fluids with zero corrosion, and abrasive fluids with little or no wear, Vanton SG and SGK thermoplastic pumps can be equipped with Vortex Pump Heads to handle a wide range of slurries containing stringy materials or solids to 2 in. (51 mm) in diameter.

This SUMP-GARD® SGH series OEM pump in lengths to 36 in. (91.4 cm) features an integral pump/motor shaft supported by large motor bearings, minimizing headroom requirements while allowing easy replacement of the plastic-sleeved stainless steel shaft. Please consult factory for flows and heads.

The low-cost SGW series OEM pump is engineered for use with standard wash down C-face motors. The SGW is the preferred choice for computer chip and wafer production, printed circuit board fabrication and other processes involving ultrapure water and chemicals.
